ESI-Process Servers also provides additional services for those defendants and respondents that are avoiding service through unusual or unconventional means. Defendants that have been extremely evasive during prior attempts of service are considered EVASIVE SERVE. Whether their being shielded by their celebrity status, hiding out at a gated community, out of the country or just determined to avoid service by running away. You will get ambushed and served by our process servers.
Additional services are provided by a licensed private investigation agency. Services include stakeouts, tailing the individual to work or a public place to minimize conflicts; in-depth address searches to locate family or business associates to attempt completed service.

The process server tried to gain access and the resort refused, even though they are required by law. Through a clever ruse the process server was able to gain access onto the property with the resorts permission. Alison Robbins was served the summons and complaint lawsuit against her for passing a bad check in an amount exceeding $100,000. Rates at this resort run as much as $20,000 per week. Great way to be blowing through money when you owe others 10's of millions of dollars. Once the defendant figured out what happened they went ballistic, but it is too late you have been served ! |

About 3 weeks into the hunt ESIs staff tracked down a scheduled personal appearance in Australia. At the time of his appearance a beautiful woman/ ESI process server was waiting with papers in-hand. The server handed the papers to Dennis, before she could say anything Dennis tried to sign the back of the papers. The server responded No Mr. Rodman, their for you, you are being served.
